Room Management Features

The online Room Management module is fully integrated providing automation from the selection of the package ordered by the guest to the allocation of the physical room by the software. The property administrator can structure a package (including room and other items) and also set the room rate algorithm to fit with the demand.

This facility is suitable for 1 to 1000 rooms.

Features

The property is visible to anyone in the world and can be easily located by either expanding and contracting the map, or by using the listing feature shown in the right hand column. The selected properties are displayed in the bottom of the screen. When the 'Book Now' button is selected the properties will be displayed in itinerary style on the booking screen. Clicking on the property graphic will display the property web site.

The property web site content is managed by the property administrator. This web site displays features such as Regional events, local attractions & activities, encouraging the guest to stay longer. The property can use their imagination with constructing packages that will attract the variety of guests they seek.

The guest can create their itinerary and select the room & features they wish to experience. From this screen the guest can make the online booking.

The property owners & receptionist are able to make bookings, edit invoices and monitor the property performance from this screen.

The above screen illustrates the property room & package setup. The right hand side of the screen provides the facility to add a variety of additional components to the package. The packages are allocated to a single room type to allow for a global stock change when rooms are sold or released into service.
